BOUTIQUE?

The "boutique" concept is very similar to the idea of "charming hotel". A charming hotel is a reference to historical and cultural lodging, on the other hand, a boutique hotel stands out for harmony and greater emphasis on artistic elements, individuality and interactivity.

The hotel is divided into two buildings. The front building houses most of the hotel accommodations and almost all of them have sea view. The back building has a smaller number of accommodations and is separated from the front building by a small public alley.

All accommodations are equipped with TV, digital safe, air-conditioning, telephone, wi-fi, minibar, private bathroom, among other amenities.

ACCESSIBILITY

The hotel building, although modernized, is old and was not designed, at the time of its construction, to fully meet the accommodation needs of people with mobility difficulties.

The building was then adapted, as far as possible, for this purpose, but the very location of the building, on a cliff, prevents a complete adaptation. For more information, click here.

LOCAtion

Boutique Hotel Marlin's is located in the best spot of Pipa, in the center, a few meters from the main avenue where restaurants and bars composes the village atmosphere. At the same time, the hotel faces the ocean and has a private access to the beach.
